A calm oasis inspired by nature
At Graniittikallio nature is always close by – each apartment comes with a balcony spanning the width of the unit. The atmosphere and design language of Graniittikallio (translating into granite cliffs) arise from the beautiful granite cliffs and their light, and sculptural form.
A sheltered communal courtyard provides direct access to outdoor recreational areas. The townhouses have their own private yards.
Two story row houses
In Graniittikallio’s row houses, you live carefree, without the worries of your own yard. The apartments are on two floors and have two large balconies. The balconies face the afternoon sun.
The row houses are 73,5 – 85 square meters in size with a price range from 362 000 to 515 000 euro.
Three story town houses
Town houses offer you your very own front yard and private entrance. The townhouse units have yards positioned higher than the common resident courtyard, providing privacy. However, there is a natural connection to the resident courtyard.
The three-storied houses have views through the building. The scale is larger than a row house but smaller than an apartment building. The size of the apartment allows for a quality of living featuring, for example, utility rooms and sauna facilities.
